To start off the new year, the Alabama Shakespeare Festival just opened The Cat in the Hat! I am playing the role of the Cat in the Hat in this production alongside the other ASF Fellows.  We run for the next two weeks! The Montgomery Advertiser did a wonderful article on our show, shedding light on the story and its effect on the Montgomery Community.

The Alabama Shakespeare Festival's production of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever opened this weekend! In addition to playing Mrs. Slocum, I was the fight choreographer for the show!  The young actors really bring this special Christmas show to life.  I had a wonderful time working with them!  The article below is part of an interview about our production!

This is our final week of A Midsummer Night's Dream on the Festival Stage at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival.  I have learned so much playing Helena and Snug and I look forward to taking this show on tour in March 2020 and into the Shakespeare Garden, here at ASF, next spring.

On September 23, I made the move to Montgomery, Alabama, for the next six months!  I am performing as part of the ASF Fellowship program.  Eight actors from all around the country were chosen after an extensive audition process.  We will be performing in productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, The Cat in the Hat, and And Then They Came for Me.  In addition to these performances on the ASF Festival Stage, we will take Midsummer on tour in March and I will be understudying roles in All Is Calm and Alabama Story.  I am so excited for the next few months and feel blessed to be learning at such a wonderful theater.

This summer I had the opportunity to perform in Steamboat Springs Colorado! I played Miranda and Trinculo in Piknik Theater's production of The Tempest. The show was performed in two locations: the local library and the town's beautiful botanic garden.   Additionally, I collaborated with fellow actors in creating a children's show, based on the book The Paperbag Princess! We also had the opportunity to teach Shakespeare acting classes (ages 7-14)  during the day!
